Ingredients
- 1 box chick pea gluten free shells
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp Tamari optional
- 3 tsp capers
Instructions
- Put canned tomatoes in a pot, add spices and capers and allow to come to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.Set water for the pasta on to boil. Add the chickpea shells and let them boil for 7 minutesServe the pasta with sauce on top. Add a dash of Kosher salt if needed.
