The easiest and quickest way to have breakfast.
2 Bananas cut up in slices, 1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of strawberries.
Arrange like in the picture above and enjoy!
If this isn’t filling enough, and you will be surprised how filling it is, then just add a couple more bananas.
Remember – fruit is low in calorie and high in nutrients. As long as your diet is low fat – I mean really low fat – see my blog, you will have no problem with the fruit sugars. They will be quickly absorbed and transported to your cells for ENERGY!
