Why No Cheese?

That is then 81 divided by 113, and then multiply by 100.
Wow! That is a whopping 72%.
That means that 72% of the cheese you are eating is made up of fat, and the most part of that fat is saturated. So what does this mean?
The optimal clean, health and weight loss eating plan is based on nearly all food items having about 10-15% of their calories coming from fat, any more than that is not a food found in its natural form outside, unless its avocados or nuts, which are eaten in small doses. Any other foods that have fat calories exceeding 10-15% of the total calories damages not only your health, but at the same time packs on the pounds.
