Chick pea Pasta with Marinara

  • 1 box chick pea gluten free shells
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Tamari optional
  • 3 tsp capers


  • Put canned tomatoes in a pot, add spices and capers and allow to come to a boil and then simmer for  15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Set water for the pasta on to boil. Add the chickpea shells and let them boil for 7 minutes
    Serve the pasta with sauce on top. Add a dash of Kosher salt if needed.
